  BEWARE!!! USPS POSTAL RATES ARE NOT THE SAME!!!! I stopped by the UPS Store on my way to the Post Office to find out what the UPS rates were to send 2 packages. The clerk told me that their USPS rates were the same as the Post Office. I said, "Are you sure? Isn't there a surcharge?" Again the clerk assured me that the rates are the same. I then asked that the clerk give me both rates for both packages. Package 1 was a large bubble envelope (I just shipped a similar one at the post office for $3.50). They quoted me: UPS $14 and USPS $20. Package 2 was 13×13×8 and weighed 10 pounds. I questioned the weight and said my scale said 8.2 pounds. I was assured their scale was accurate. UPS rate $20 and USPS $51. I then went to the Post Office. Package 1 was $10.61 not $20 and Package 2 was $24 not $51 and Post Office said it weighed 8.3 pounds. I returned to the UPS Store to send Package 2 (less expensive by UPS and could get there sooner). The clerk then informed me their scale was off. My package now weighed 8.3 pounds. However, as I am writing this, I see that I still got screwed. They charged me $20 for a 10 pound package, not for the 8.3 pounds it should have been. Also didnt arrive by when they said. Late for Mother's Day! I don't know how a business can, so blatantly, mislead customers for a profit and get away with this. The clerks response was that this is what the computer showed on a national site. Is this how the clerks are trained by the store owner? By UPS? This clerk seemed very sharp and knowledgeable on a number of things. How could they possibly not know that prices are different. They have been at this store for quite a while. BEWARE! !!!! BEWARE!!!!! BEWARE! !!!!

  Excellent service. Went in to do some large scale printing, expecting there to be issues (because there seems to always be issues printing anywhere) and it was a seamless, easy process. I was helped right away. The clerk was very knowledgable on options and pricing and had me in and out with everything I needed. Would highly recommend them for quick large printing needs.
